These terms and conditions govern all products sold through our website, www.teasane.in. By placing an order with us, you agree to accept and comply with these terms.

www.teasane.in is operated by Teasane Pvt Ltd, based in Navsari, India, with our registered office located at A-11, Jinal Park Society, Eru Road, Navsari, Gujarat-396450.
ORDERING & DISPATCH
You can place an order for our products via our website or by phone. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email indicating that your order has been accepted.
Once payment is received, you will receive another email confirming payment and dispatch details. For wholesale orders, we often place orders as needed to ensure the highest quality and freshness of products. Such orders may take up to 3-5 working days to dispatch, and we kindly ask for prior notice when placing these orders.
We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a refund before dispatch if the product is unavailable or for any other reason.
PRICING

The prices listed on our website are subject to change, but any price changes will not affect orders already accepted.

The listed prices exclude VAT and shipping fees, which will be added during checkout.

While we carefully calculate the prices of our products, errors may occasionally occur. If a product is mispriced, we will contact you via email or phone before finalizing your order for further instructions. You will have the option to cancel your order or pay the difference.

All payments must be made by credit or debit card prior to dispatch. We accept all major credit and debit cards. For wholesale orders within India, payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer within 15 days of delivery. Late payments will incur interest charges.

DELIVERY

We strive to ship all retail orders placed before 12 p.m. IST on the next working day. In exceptional cases, order processing may take up to 3 working days.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearance, with delivery within 5-7 working days for customers in India, depending on your chosen shipping method. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and dispatch it as soon as it's available.

We do not ship CTC Tea outside India due to shipping costs exceeding the tea's price. If you'd like to have CTC Tea shipped internationally, please contact us via email for a custom quote.

SHELF LIFE & STORAGE
Our teas have a shelf life of Average 24 months, thanks to our high-quality packaging and vacuum sealing process. To maximize freshness, store your tea in airtight containers away from moisture, heat, and food odors. It should be kept in a cool, dry place. Freezing is not recommended as it can shorten the tea's shelf life.
CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions as needed, whether due to changes in our policies, legal requirements, or operational capabilities.
Any changes to the terms will be applicable to orders placed after the revision date, unless otherwise required by law or government authority. You will be notified of such changes before we send you an order confirmation.
